How closely have you been following news of Nevada’s Equal Rights Amendment to its constitution, also known as “Question 1.” 

 

 

Question 1 would add a guarantee to the state constitution that equal rights would not be denied to any person on account of race, color, creed, age, and other identifiers.  Do you support or oppose Question 1?

 

 

Nevadans are currently protected legally for things like age, religion, sex, and race, but Question 1 asks voters to expand these protections to gender identity and sexual orientation.  Does this make you more likely or less likely to support the amendment?
