How
would you rate the job Joe Biden has been doing as President… do you strongly

job he’s been doing?
Generally speaking, on
the issue of abortion, do you consider yourself pro-choice or pro-life?
The Supreme Court recently overturned the 1973 Roe v. Wade
decision, so that each state can now determine its own laws regarding abortion.
Do you approve or disapprove of the court overturning Roe v. Wade?
Do you strongly
approve, somewhat approve, somewhat disapprove, or strongly disapprove of the
use of taxpayer money to perform abortions?
Should
abortion laws be determined by state governments or by the federal government?

Some states have limits on how
late in a woman’s pregnancy an abortion can legally be performed. Should
abortion be legal up to the first month of pregnancy, legal up to three months
of a pregnancy, legal up to six months of a pregnancy, or legal at any time

illegal?
At
what point in a pregnancy does a fetus have a right to life? At conception, at

Do
you support or oppose California’s Proposition 1 which states:
The state shall not deny or interfere with an
individual’s reproductive freedom in their most intimate
decisions, which includes their fundamental right to choose to have an
abortion…
California’s Proposition 1, if it passes in
November, makes it likely that abortions all the way up to birth will continue
with no restrictions in California. Does
this change your stance on Proposition 1?
If a candidate supports California’s
Proposition 1, would you be more likely, or less likely to support them?
If California’s Proposition 1 omitted the
right to have an abortion in the third trimester, would you be much more
likely, somewhat more likely, somewhat less likely, or much less likely to
support it?
Are California’s abortion laws
more restrictive, less restrictive, or about the same as the rest of the country?
California currently allows
late-term abortions. Are California’s
abortion laws extreme?
